1. Election of Officers
Subsequent to the elections at the annual meeting, the board unanimously agreed to the following officers for the coming year:
Dick Donohoe -President
Joy Jarvis -Vice President
Glenn DeBiasi -Treasurer
Beth Dixon -Secretary
Beau Clowney -Member
2. Homeowners Request to Revisit the Pet Policy
The board discussed the request from homeowners attending the annual meeting that we revisit the pet policy. We agreed to appoint Beau Clowney as chair of a committee of interested homeowners to develop a proposal for an amendment to the by-laws allowing pets, along with limitations and other considerations that would address the comfort and convenience of other homeowners. There should be ample time to discuss this with owners and get input from all quarters before it takes final form and is presented to the annual membership meeting of the Association for a vote next year.
