Replacement of Sliding Glass Door Units

The Board is aware of 5 owners interested in replacing the entire sliding glass door unit(s) in their apartment. The wood around the sliding doors is rotting and no longer maintaining an effective seal against wind and weather and this results in very poor energy inefficiency. The Board is attempting to get estimates from manufacturers and contractors to replace these sliding glass door units. We believe there will be a price break if more owners participate.
