2012 Water Quality Report
The Charleston Water System has published their 2012 Water Quality Report. It provides important information about our tap water, including where it comes from, how it’s treated, and lab test results showing that it meets or exceeds all quality standards.

Update on Bicycle Storage Room

Preparing for 2013 Hurricane Season
Hurricane season begins June 1 and extends through November 30. As a reminder, Item 8 of the Rules and Regulations of the Fort Sumter House Association states:

New Air Conditioning Equipment Installed
During the week of May 6 – 10, 2013, Cullum delivered and installed our new air conditioning equipment. There was no cooling in the building during the week, but we were very lucky that the temperature was quite moderate.

Pool is Open for 2013

Fort Sumter House News – April 13, 2013
Replacement of HVAC System Cullum Services will be on premise during the month of April replacing the air conditioning system equipment and insulating the chill water pipes.
