1.  Repairs to 31 Balconies and Railings. We have received estimates from 2 contractors to repair the 31 balconies and railings based on the drawings by architect Russell Rosen. Lowcountry Residential Construction (Rich Darnell) and Blanchard Construction have provided estimates.
