The following guidelines apply to all persons when moving into and out of Units:
- Before the move-in date, the Owner shall notify the FSHA Manager and complete the Resident Registration Form and pay the move in fee. To protect the building interior the Owner shall require their moving company to install protective covering on any flooring that will be traversed by the moving activities between the freight elevator and the Unit’s door.
- Owners are aware that freight elevator is limited in size and can only accommodate 81-inch items: long sofas for example will not fit into the freight elevator and once on the floor of the Unit will not be able to be maneuvered into the Unit because of the narrow hallways and low ceiling
- Moving company employees will receive training for freight elevator from FSHA staff and will sign waiver for use of the freight elevator as provided by FSHA staff
- Owners are responsible for any damage to and the cleanliness of all common areas, such as hallways. Any damage to common areas resulting from the moving activity must be repaired at the Owner’s expense
- All moves must take place between the hours of 8:00AM and 5:00PM, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays observed by the FSHA staff.
