1.  Parking Request by Neighbor. Our next door neighbor on Murray Blvd. has requested that we allow him usage of the FSH parking space closest to his house. He has offered to pay FSH a monthly fee for this privilege.

At the 2010 Annual Meeting, several homeowners requested that we have a web site to post Board meeting summaries, rules and regulations, examples of lease agreements, and other information relevant to the Fort Sumter House Condominium Association.
